P3C TSL Marks 7th Anniversary with Historic Visit from MNRE and NISE Leadership

P3C achieved a landmark milestone as the company celebrated its 7th anniversary on August 5,2026 by hosting a delegation from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) at its facility.

The company had the distinct honour of welcoming Shri Santosh Kr. Sarangi (Secretary, MNRE), Shri Mayank Tiwari (Additional Secretary, MNRE), Dr. Mohammad Rihan(Director General, NISE), Dr. Chandan Banerjee(Scientist G, NISE), Dr. Anil Kumar(Director & Scientist, MNRE), Dr. Jai Prakash Singh(Deputy Director General, NISE), and Dr. Birinchi Bora(Deputy Director Technical, NISE).

The visit centred on strategic discussions regarding the future of Generation-3  solar technology in India. During the interaction, P3C presented its technical roadmap, highlighting its progress as India’s pioneer in commercialising perovskite solar cell technology. The delegation evaluated how P3C’s advanced research and deployment strategies align with national renewable energy targets and accelerate clean technology adoption across the country.

Reflecting on seven years of operations, P3C’s growth stands as a testament to deep technical persistence, research excellence, and unwavering commitment to the Make in India initiative. To further bridge the gap between laboratory scale and commercial deployment, P3C is empowering industry partners with specialised test beds and demonstration units for practical validation through P3SKY test beds.
